Impact Hub Oakland is the first tenant to move into the Hive, an office, retail and housing development that Signature Development Group is building in Oakland.
Impact Hub, a co-working community, took 16,000 square feet in a rehabilitated former car show room at 2323 Broadway and plans to build out a 5,000-square-foot basement later on.
