TERI FLYNN
Design GuruAs the founder and principal designer of Flynn Architecture, Teri brings a long history of high-end design experience and award-winning projects. She has had the privilege and recognition of designing projects that have set the tone for several of Oakland’s burgeoning districts, including Jack London Square and now Uptown. It is this type of change that pushes Teri to rethink the built environment and it’s influence on people and the community.
JOHN CHANG
Technical GuruAs the technical lead, John oversees the office’s wide variety of projects, including retail, restaurant, office, fitness, co-working, historic reuse, mixed-use, and multi-family. With a primary focus on project management and delivery, he brings a team-based approach to collaborating with clients, consultants, and contractors. From simple to complex projects, John enjoys the process and challenges of each individual project and he tackles them with unique solutions and personalized attention to details.
